Our Creator Platform is at the heart of this, it's where hundreds of thousands of creators upload, manage, and monetize their content. You'll own a meaningful part of this product and help shape how millions of creative assets move through our system every day.
The Role
We're looking for a Product Manager who is strong on execution, rigorous about requirements, and genuinely curious about the creator experience.
You'll work closely with engineering and design to ship features that directly affect how creators interact with Wirestock. This role is hands-on and you'll spend time in the backlog, in Figma, in sprint ceremonies, and in direct conversations with users.
What You'll Do
- Write clear, detailed product requirements that support smooth development
- Own and maintain the backlog for your product area: prioritize, groom, and keep it accurate
- Own features end to end. from definition to release and post-launch follow-up
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and reviews to ensure work is well-defined
- Partner with design to ensure flows are intuitive for a global creator audience
- Collaborate daily with engineering clarify requirements, unblock decisions, and review shipped work
- Validate implemented features to ensure they meet requirements and quality standards
- Support feature releases and ensure smooth rollout
- Communicate progress, changes, and trade-offs with stakeholders
- Represent the creator perspective in product decisions: understand their workflows, frustrations, and goals
- Identify gaps and improvements proactively
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of Product Management experience on user-facing products
- A track record of writing clear requirements that reduce back-and-forth with engineering
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
- Ability to break down problems into clear, actionable tasks
- Comfort saying “this isn’t ready” with clear reasoning and scope control
- Experience working in agile/sprint processes
- Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and support them during development
- Enough UX instinct to spot confusing flows before they ship
- Strong written communication, you’ll document a lot, and it needs to be clear
- Ownership mindset and ability to follow through on work end to end
- Ability to work on-site in Yerevan and collaborate across time zones
Nice to Have
- Experience with creator platforms, marketplaces, or user-generated content
- Familiarity with Jira, Linear, or similar tools
- Basic Figma familiarity
- Experience with AI or data products
What This Role Isn’t
This role is not about owning long-term roadmap or product strategy. It’s about strong execution delivering features that work, writing clear requirements, and maintaining a reliable backlog.
If you want to grow into strategy over time, that path exists. But right now, we need someone great at building.
