Responsibilities

• Make high-impact decisions regarding uploaded content, including photos, graphic design work, illustrations, videos, and more.
• Review and ensure the accuracy and quality of metadata.
• Evaluate the quality of content and attached files such as .PSD, Figma, XML, .EPS, SVG, and similar formats.
• Perform advanced quality checks on already processed content and provide actionable feedback.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving overall review guidelines and processes.
• Maintain close and proactive communication with the team on project-related matters.
• Support and guide junior moderators when needed.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the creative industry (e.g., design, photography, video production, 3D, or related fields).
• Advanced understanding of digital content creation and quality standards.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Hands-on experience with photo editing, video editing, and design tools, along with common file formats.
• Experience using Generative AI tools (text-to-image, text-to-video, text-to-audio).
• Solid technical proficiency (shortcuts, tools, extensions, workflow optimization).
• Laptop (Windows or Mac), preferably with at least a 15'' screen.
