About the Role
Wirestock is looking for a creative, organized, and digitally savvy marketer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has professional experience with social media, has a strong eye for content, and is eager to develop their marketing career at a growing company. You will own our social media presence from day one, with real opportunities to expand into broader marketing work over time.
What You’ll Do
- Create, source, and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others) as well as paid advertising campaigns
- Manage all social media channels, including content calendars, scheduling, publishing, and platform-specific optimization
- Build and engage with Wirestock’s online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions remaining timely and on-brand
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with broader campaigns, product launches, and company announcements
- Track and report on social media performance metrics, using data to refine strategy and improve results
- Source user-generated content, video assets, and creator partnerships as needed to supplement original content
- Stay current on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging content formats
- Support other marketing initiatives and take on new responsibilities as the role evolves
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or a related marketing role
- Hands-on experience producing and editing video content; proficiency with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar is a plus but not required
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and what makes content perform on each
- Experience managing social media calendars and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar)
- Excellent written communication skills and a natural feel for brand voice
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- A collaborative attitude and genuine enthusiasm for creative work
- Experience with paid social (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) is a plus but not required
