About the Role

We're growing our project delivery team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring for creative project team roles, including project managers, recruiters, assistants, and operations coordinators, as we scale. You'll work closely with the Head of Growth to define what "good" looks like for each position, then own the full hiring process from sourcing through closing candidates.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for creative and project-based roles (project managers, recruiters, assistants, operations coordinators)
• Partner with the Head of Growth to define role scopes, write job descriptions, and design interview processes tailored to each position
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and relevant networks
• Screen and interview candidates, coordinating final hiring decisions with the Head of Growth
• Build and continuously improve a repeatable hiring pipeline as the team grows
• Manage offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and early ramp-up support for new hires

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with proven experience hiring project managers specifically
• Comfortable working closely with hiring managers to align on role needs and priorities
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of or experience within creative fields (design, branding, marketing, content, etc.)
• Experience recruiting for other project-based or operations roles (coordinators, assistants, ops)
• Experience supporting a growing team through a scaling phase
• Familiarity with ATS tools
• Prior experience as a project manager or coordinator yourself is a nice to have
