About the Role

As a Data Analyst on Wirestock’s Data Platform team, you will work at the core of our product and operational infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for analyzing large-scale datasets, creating dashboards, and generating insights to support internal teams, including product, content operations, partnerships, and executive leadership. This role involves working with modern analytics tools to transform raw data into actionable intelligence and help build a more structured, scalable data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to extract insights that inform product and operational decisions
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and data visualizations for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to understand data needs and design reporting solutions
• Identify patterns and trends to improve data quality, detect anomalies, and flag potential issues
• Assist in designing and improving data pipelines and processes for reporting and analytics
• Support the definition and tracking of key performance indicators across various business functions

Requirements

• SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
• Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with data analysis in Python or other scripting languages is a plus
• Solid understanding of data structures, statistics, and basic analytical methods
• Excellent communication and presentation skills-able to explain complex data insights to non-technical teams
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Experience working with large datasets and building scalable reporting solutions is a plus
• Previous experience in a data platform or data infrastructure environment is preferred
