WIRESTOCK is looking for Fundraising Manager in the US to develop practical AI tools that can make your work more productive and organized.

For this project, you will provide fictional professional materials that emulate the ones you usually use in order to create Word documents, PDFs, websites, slide presentations, and videos. When specialized creative skills are required, a team of creative professionals may develop the materials based on your direction. Finally, you will review and evaluate results with our Project Manager to ensure a quality final product.

The ideal candidate is someone who can organize information, communicate requirements clearly, identify practical solutions, and evaluate whether a final product effectively serves its intended purpose

The ideal candidate has experience in:

• Planning, coordinating, and managing fundraising activities and campaigns.
• Developing tools, templates, guides, and resources to support fundraising teams.
• Organizing donor, campaign, and fundraising information into clear, practical resources.
• Developing workflows, processes, and best practices to improve fundraising activities..
• Identifying opportunities to simplify and improve fundraising processes.
• Collaborating with fundraising teams to understand their needs and develop practical, easy-to-use solutions.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has experience in fundraising, nonprofit development or a related field.
• Has strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Is hands-on and solution-oriented, with a focus on efficiency and results.
• Can turn fundraising needs and challenges into practical tools and resources.
• Is detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Is comfortable creating professional documents, presentations, visual materials, and videos.
