WIRESTOCK is looking for a Training and Development Specialist to develop practical resources supporting employee learning, professional development, and training programs.

This is a short-term freelance project for a creative, organized professional who can turn training expertise into clear, engaging, and practical learning materials.

You will provide fictional professional materials such as training manuals, presentations, workbooks, exercises, assessments, templates, learning guides, and instructional videos to support the development and evaluation of practical AI applications.

You may work with creative professionals who produce specialized materials based on your direction. You will review and evaluate the results with the Project Manager.

The ideal candidate has experience in:

• Designing training programs, courses, and learning materials.
• Creating learning objectives, lesson plans, workbooks, exercises, assessments, and guides.
• Applying adult learning and instructional design principles.
• Developing engaging learning experiences through workshops, interactive activities, videos, and visual materials.
• Evaluating training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and learning outcomes.
• Collaborating with HR teams, managers, and subject matter experts.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has experience in L&D, instructional design, corporate training, education, or a related field.
• Can turn complex information into clear, practical, and engaging learning resources.
• Has strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Is creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently.
