WIRESTOCK is looking for an Art Director to develop practical tools and resources supporting creative direction, visual development, and creative projects.

This short-term freelance project is for an experienced creative professional who can turn art direction expertise into clear visual frameworks, resources, and practical tools.

You will provide fictional professional materials such as mood boards, style guides, creative briefs, presentations, visual references, templates, and videos to support practical AI applications for creative workflows.

You may work with creative professionals who produce specialized materials based on your direction. You will review and evaluate the results with the Project Manager.

The ideal candidate has experience in:

• Developing creative concepts, visual directions, and strategies.
• Creating mood boards, style guides, creative briefs, presentations, and visual references.
• Establishing visual identities, aesthetics, and creative standards.
• Developing art direction tools, templates, guidelines, and workflows.
• Reviewing creative work and providing clear creative feedback.
• Collaborating with designers, photographers, filmmakers, copywriters, clients, and creative teams.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has experience in art direction, creative direction, visual design, or a related field.
• Has a strong eye for aesthetics, composition, visual storytelling, typography, color, and detail.
• Can turn creative ideas into clear, practical, and visually engaging resources.
• Has strong creative judgment and communication skills.
• Is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently.
