WIRESTOCK is looking for a Program Manager for Video in Learning & Development (L&D) to develop practical tools and resources supporting video-based learning programs.

This short-term freelance project is for a hands-on professional who can manage video learning initiatives from planning and production through launch and evaluation.

You will provide fictional professional materials such as project plans, production briefs, workflows, templates, checklists, presentations, training videos, and visual resources. You may work with instructional designers and video professionals who create specialized materials based on your direction, while you review and evaluate the results with the Project Manager.

The ideal candidate has experience in:

• Managing video-based learning and training programs.
• Defining learning objectives and selecting effective video formats.
• Coordinating instructional designers, video producers, editors, and subject-matter experts.
• Managing filming, editing, subtitles, translations, reviews, approvals, and delivery.
• Publishing learning content through LMS or other learning platforms.
• Managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and workflows.
• Evaluating completion, engagement, feedback, and learning outcomes.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has experience in L&D, instructional design, learning program management, educational media, or video-based training.
• Understands both learning and video production workflows.
• Has strong project management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Can coordinate creative and non-creative teams and turn requirements into clear, practical processes.
• Is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently.
