Wirestock is looking for experienced Short-Form Video Creators / Editors with strong expertise in producing and editing vertical video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This is a short-term freelance project for creative professionals who are highly familiar with the current short-form video landscape, editing trends, popular sounds, formats, and styles.

You will provide fictional professional materials such as short-form video concepts, edited vertical videos, editing examples, creative briefs, scripts, templates, and production resources to support the development and evaluation of practical AI applications.

You will also review and evaluate short-form videos, providing clear written assessments of their editing, production quality, creative approach, and use of current trends. You will work closely with the Project Manager throughout the process.

The ideal candidate has experience in:

• Creating and editing TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Producing engaging vertical video content consistently.
• Using current editing trends, popular sounds, formats, transitions, and visual styles.
• Developing short-form content from concept through production and final edit.
• Understanding what makes short-form content engaging, relevant, and effective.
• Creating content that is consistently published and monetized on social platforms.
• Evaluating and giving written feedback on the editing, pacing, storytelling, visual style, sound, and overall quality of short-form videos.
• Communicating clearly in English, particularly in written evaluations and feedback.

• Has a strong track record as a short-form video creator and/or editor.
• Actively follows the latest TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts trends.
• Has a strong understanding of short-form storytelling, pacing, hooks, and audience engagement.
• Has excellent attention to detail and can identify both strengths and weaknesses in video content.
• Can clearly explain creative and technical decisions in written English.
• Is creative, adaptable, independent, and comfortable working with evolving content trends.
• Has experience creating content that is regularly published and monetized.
