WIRESTOCK is looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Health, Medicine & Fitness to support the development and evaluation of digital content, educational frameworks, and practical AI applications.

In this role, you will apply your domain expertise to translate clinical health sciences, medical principles, kinesiology, nutrition, and exercise physiology into clear, structured evaluation criteria, benchmarks, and educational materials. You will review and evaluate domain-specific content to ensure clinical rigor, patient safety, scientific accuracy, and real-world applicability across various digital and multimedia formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop structured frameworks, evaluation rubrics, reference guides, and assessment criteria tailored to healthcare practices, clinical medicine, exercise science, and wellness.
• Review, annotate, and evaluate AI-generated and human-authored content for clinical accuracy, physiological validity, safety standards, and depth.
• Translate complex medical terminology, anatomical concepts, and biomechanical principles into accessible, high-quality learning resources.
• Provide actionable, constructive feedback to cross-functional teams to refine content quality, pedagogical effectiveness, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, instructional designers, and content production teams to establish domain quality standards.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated professional or academic expertise in Medicine, Nursing, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, Public Health, Nutrition, or a closely related field.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, structured, and measurable evaluation criteria.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Experience in educational content development, instructional design, assessment creation, research, or quality evaluation.
• Comfortable working with AI-generated content and digital learning materials.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow detailed project guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with AI evaluation or AI model training/annotation projects.
• Experience developing educational assessments, curriculum materials, patient education modules, or specialized instructional content.
• Familiarity with interactive webpages, digital visualizations, anatomical diagrams, or multimedia educational resources in health/medicine.
• Experience collaborating with developers, subject matter specialists, or digital content production teams.
