• Developing templates, guides, and resources to support fundraising teams.
• Organizing donor, campaign, and fundraising information.
• Developing workflows, processes, and best practices to improve fundraising activities..
• Identifying opportunities to simplify and improve fundraising processes.
• Collaborating with teams to understand their needs and develop solutions.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, or a related field.
• Has strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Is hands-on and solution-oriented, with a focus on efficiency and results.
