• Identifying learning needs and translating them into clear training objectives and practical solutions.
• Creating training manuals, guides, presentations, exercises, and instructional resources.
• Evaluating training effectiveness and improving learning materials based on feedback and results.
• Communicating complex information through clear, structured, and engaging learning content.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has experience in training and development, instructional design, learning and development (L&D), or a related field.
• Has strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Can translate complex information into clear, practical learning resources.
• Is detail-oriented, independent, and focused on efficiency and results.
• Is comfortable creating professional documents, presentations, visual materials, and videos.
