Job Summary:
The Facilities, Safety & Compliance Manager is responsible for successfully managing the areas of facilities and all compliance activities. This is a full-time position and requires a detail-oriented, highly motivated person who can effectively multitask in multiple areas of the business.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage agency and customer compliance activities:
- Maintain ISO 9001 Certification.
- Work with all applicable team members to obtain customer supplier approval from a documentation standpoint.
- Review opportunities and requirements for additional certifications such as ISO 13485 & AS 9100.
Facilities:
- Direct the facilities technicians and ensure that all building and assigned equipment maintenance is completed on time.
- Work with the COO and process engineers to update factory layouts and implement facility improvements.
- Identify when agency permits are required and ensure all requirements are met and approved.
- Source suppliers/contractors as appropriate to complete facility improvements.
Safety and Compliance:
- Work with our safety and compliance consultants to ensure we are operating in an OSHA-safe environment and meeting all compliance standards.
Special Projects:
- Perform special projects as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Four-year college degree is a plus.
- At least 3-5 years of general business/supervisory experience.
- 1-5 years of facilities management experience.
- General understanding of ISO certification policies, documentation, and procedures.
- Supervisory or managerial experience of 1 or more employees is a plus.
- Experience with agency compliance is a plus.
- Experience with general construction is a plus.
- Experience with ISO Certification is a plus.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
- Additional safety credentials (e.g., OSHA 30-hour certification) are preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods while performing job duties.
- Capacity to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds occasionally.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
