Sales & Demand Generation Manager

In this hybrid role, you’ll lead content creation and digital campaign execution while also owning outbound prospecting and early-stage lead qualification. You’ll be the engine behind our commercial programs—generating demand, nurturing leads, and serving as the first point of contact for prospective customers as they move from MQL to SQL.

Job Summary:
The Sales & Demand Generation Manager is a mid-level manager responsible for owning and executing 3DEO’s sales development and marketing programs. This role manages all lead generation activities across outbound prospecting, digital marketing, and campaign execution. The Sales & Demand Generation Manager is accountable for both the creation and hands-on execution of scalable commercial programs that drive qualified pipeline growth. While they own business development and marketing execution, they will partner closely with the Corporate Communications team on brand positioning, messaging, and public-facing content. This role requires a self-directed, highly organized individual who thrives on operating across both Sales and Marketing functions to support revenue growth and commercial scalability. The right candidate will be hungry to make an impact, excited to take ownership, and ready to help shape how 3DEO goes to market.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and manage outbound prospecting campaigns targeting Ideal Customer Profiles.
- Build and maintain accurate target lists, lead data, and CRM records.
- Execute outbound email sequences, phone outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, and appointment setting.
- Conduct initial discovery calls and pre-qualification of leads.
- Manage paid digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO/SEM).
- Coordinate inbound content programs including landing pages, email marketing, nurture sequences, and case studies.
- Own marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models, and lead handoff protocols.
- Track and report on campaign performance, sales pipeline metrics, and lead conversion data.
- Partner with Sales leadership to align outbound and inbound priorities.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Technical teams to develop relevant content for target industries.
- Support trade show planning, lead capture, and post-event follow-up execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience executing outbound sales development and prospecting campaigns.
- Proven hands-on management of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and report on lead pipeline performance.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated self-starter with accountability for managing multiple programs simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in industrial manufacturing, hardware, or advanced technology industries.
- Experience managing both outbound (sales development) and inbound (marketing demand generation) functions.
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approaches and sales enablement tools.
- Experience supporting technical solution selling in engineering-driven organizations
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of combined experience in B2B sales development, demand generation, or commercial marketing roles
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to occasionally travel for trade shows or customer events
- This role operates in an on-site, in-person professional office environment.
- Standard business hours (9am-5:30pm) apply with occasional extended hours to support program execution or event schedules.
